We keep our process simple and intentional, so you can enjoy the planning.

  • Once you reach out, we begin with a brief conversation to understand your event, timeline, and overall vision.

    You may already have an idea on what event details you are looking for but you don’t need every element figured out — we help you select what event details will help elevate your gathering.

  • We’ll gather and discuss key details such as:

    • Event type (baby shower, bridal event, or intimate celebration)

    • Event date and timeline

    • Guest count

    • Theme, mood, or inspiration

    • Which event details are best for enhancing your event.

  • Following our discussion, we prepare a custom quote outlining the scope, timing, and investment.

    Once the quote is approved, your project is officially booked and we move into designing your event details.

  • We create a cohesive design direction tailored to your event and apply it across your selected hosting details, DIY moments, or guest gifting.

    You’ll receive proofs to review, along with one round of refinements to ensure everything feels just right.

  • We offer one round of refinements to ensure everything is aligned with your vision for your event.

  • Once the final design is approved, we create your event details.

  • Your custom event details are delivered or picked up ready to use — so you can focus on enjoying your event and celebration.
